SUBMISSION GUIDE

  • 1. Order & Fill Submission Form

    After purchasing your order you'll be prompted to fill in the submission form.
    We've streamlined it to make it as simple as possible, Just add the cards you're grading and click submit!

    or from our menu.

  • 2. Prepare Cards

    To prepare for grading, place each card in a penny sleeve, then insert them into Top Loaders or Semi Rigid Card Protectors.
    Putting tabs on the sleeve is optional but recommended.
    Ensure you pack and secure the cards adequately before mailing them for grading.

    Quick Tip - If you're feeling a bit unsure you can find plenty of tutorials from experienced collectors on Youtube.

  • 3. Shipping

    Be sure to include your order number with your package found in the order confirmation email received after making your order (e.g. ACGXXXX)

    Once packaged, simply ship your cards to us, and we'll handle the rest.

OUR PROCESS

Every card we grade goes through a multi-stage evaluation process, utilizing advanced magnification and multiple sophisticated lighting techniques to ensure an accurate and fair grade.

We grade on the standard four metrics:
surface, corners, centering & edges.

Using the cumulative subgrade score and any variables such as surface quality and overall aesthetic, we then determine the final card grade and proceed with encapsulation.

Grading Scale

Our grading system works on a half grade scale.
If a card receives a 10 score in all four subgrades, it's awarded the rare ACG Gold Label.
All other cards receive a Premium Black Label.
